About DE Comics

DE Comics is the first comic book company to work with our audience to actively change our story to keep a high level of interest in the storyline. DE Comics (associated with DE Publications) is a growing organization with an eye on today and the future. We are committed to providing the best quality products. All multi-media products will have educational and acceptable moral value content, deemed non-objectionable by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and offer the most creative and entertaining story lines and character attributes. Our ultimate goal is to be the most prominent character based company in the worldwide marketplace. Remember we are the company who listens to its audience and invites their participation!

Character Development

Remaining true to these commitments, we believe, will ensure a steady growth. The creativity and intellectual genius we have to produce and develop characters, story lines and art boards is provided by the Character Development Division. This division will submit only original creative works and all will have educational value. To this aim, the Character and Development Division remains in frequent contact with certified educators at this level.

Marketing

The Marketing Division is currently focused on launching this comic book series, DE Comics. Consumer interest will be targeted at three different age levels; children from 7- 12 years, teens from 13-16 years, and young adults from 17- 20 years. Other multi-media accessory products are scheduled to follow shortly on the heels of this launch, also with a three-tiered approach. The marketing staff has worked with certified educators to develop this accessory product and marketing tool.

Legal

All characters and all creative assets are licensed and registered on an ongoing basis. Legal Division manages this. Legal Division also manages all agreements and contracts and monitors and reviews all laws and guidelines concerning multi-media publications and related products. Legal Division will also review financial statements for accuracy. Strict financial guidelines are enforced across the business.

Finances

The Financial Division manages all assets and liabilities and also oversees adherence to budget and goal planning throughout. As we grow and diversify, more flexibility can be built into the budgets and goals based on financial liabilities and marketplace activity. This division will also generate yearly and interim financial statements. We strongly believe conducting business on a solid financial basis will help us deliver an attractive return to investors, both short and long term.

Investors and Customer Relations

Investors and Customer Relations Division has recently been put into place and will work with investors, customers and all company divisions to improve the flow of communications, internally and externally.

Today, most of our organization is comprised of investors and they work mostly for applause. This explains their extremely high interest and motivation toward success. However, not all our investors are directly involved in the operation of the company. Absolutely none of our staff was chosen based solely on investment status. Each was carefully selected based upon their qualifications of creativity, educational background, experience, reliability and compatibility. Each staff member brings his or her own expertise to the organization in a way that complements and supports the others with exuberance. This fosters a great working environment, and truly improves morale and creative flow. In other words, we have fun doing this, while never losing sight of our goals.

Looking Ahead

Looking forward, we plan to introduce video and web games, which are in various stages of development. Beyond that we are considering products such as novels, action figures, apparel, toys and collectibles of all genres. Even though we are at the very beginning, we are not excluding full length animation and/or motion pictures, television or even theme parks. Yes, we really do have that much potential!
